What a wonderful afternoon we had, a thought provoking event, raising much needed funds for the Domestic Violence Action Centre.

We raised $2480, thank you to everyones support, providing raffles prizes and purchasing raffle tickets, you guys ROCK!

Hi, I’m Claire. I’m one of those people who grew up wanting to change the world. And I’m doing it - I’m a human rights advocate and international law specialist. I work with courageous individuals and communities.

I have two decades of experience working globally, in international organisations such as the United Nations and Amnesty International, consulting and advising world leaders, and teaching and training graduates and professionals.

I also coach & mentor fellow change-makers, advocates, humanitarians, and global leaders in global affairs, human rights, international law, aid and development.

After two decades living in Geneva, Switzerland, I returned to one of my homelands, Aotearoa New Zealand, to join Jacinda Ardern’s team as a candidate for the 2020 general election. After missing out by only a few hundred votes and being labelled New Zealand’s Top Loser, I moved to my other homeland, Australia, to spend time with family.
